EcoFlow vs Bluetti UK (2026): Which Power Station Brand Should You Buy?

We may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. How we make money.

Quick answer: model for model, Bluetti usually gives you more for your money: more output, more solar input and often a lower price. EcoFlow wins on polish: faster charging, lighter units at the 2kWh size, and the option to add extra batteries to its DELTA 3 Plus. Both use long-life LiFePO4 batteries and both offer 5-year warranties in the UK, so you can’t go far wrong with either. Pick by size below.

Winner: depends on how you’ll use it. The Bluetti has more continuous output, double the solar input and a rating of 6,000+ cycles, which makes it the stronger choice if you’ll lean on solar or use it daily. The EcoFlow is about 4kg lighter, charges quickly from the wall and was cheaper at the retailer listings we checked. Bluetti’s own UK prices swing a lot, and one UK review found it on sale for £999, so watch for deals.

Warranty, apps and support

  • Warranty: EcoFlow’s DELTA 3 Plus is sold in the UK with a 5-year warranty, and Bluetti’s UK site lists 5 years on its Elite V2 models. Buy from the brand or an authorised UK retailer so the warranty is UK-backed.
  • Apps: both brands have phone apps for monitoring charge, changing settings and controlling outputs. One UK reviewer comparing an older EcoFlow model with the Bluetti Elite 200 V2 found EcoFlow’s app the more polished of the two (source).
  • Batteries: both use LiFePO4 across these ranges, rated for thousands of cycles.

Which brand should you buy?

  • Best value for money: Bluetti, at every size we compared
  • Lightest and quickest to charge: EcoFlow, especially at 2kWh
  • Want to add battery capacity later: EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus
  • Leaning heavily on solar: Bluetti, with higher solar input at the small and 2kWh sizes
  • Mostly backup for power cuts: either. Both switch over in around 10ms at the 1kWh size.

Frequently asked questions
